The House

A room built for
the hours after dark.

Thirty seats, low light, slow music, and drinks made the deliberate way.

Headless Widow opened on a narrow street with no sign and no intention of being found by accident. What started as a back-room pour for friends became a fixture of the late crowd — the ones who order their last drink after midnight and mean it.

The room holds thirty. The lights stay low. The music stays slow. We make cocktails the deliberate way and we don't rush the glass back to the bar.
